Love this hotel! Pictures don’t do it justice. Very vintage vibe, but super clean and well maintained. Heated pool, nice hot tub and Tesla EV charging! We will definitely stay hear again.

Convenient location and great place to stay for 2 nights!

Room was clean, staff is very nice the only downside is no ac. The staff provided lots of fans to help with that but still was uncomfortable at times especially in the hotter months. But overall no complaints.

Studio extremely small, no room once you pulled the Murphy bed down. No AC, windows in front didn't open very much, fans just moved hot air around, some outlets worked, others didn't. Upstairs lodgers, were very noisy first night from about 10pm-4am(maybe they had to find room for everything when they lowered the bed down when came back to their room?). I let the office know that we were kept awake all night. They said there were other complaints, and she would talk to the "owners", said they did a favor for the owner and let her children have the room, and that they could have rented it out! Next night wasn't as bad, but tried calling their room upstairs but they just hung up, they left early, like 6 am, their diesel truck was parked in front of our window. Office was again apologetic, asked that I not write a negative review. Most of the complex, as it turns out are timeshare owners, grounds are immaculate, staff nice, breakfast consists of hard boiled eggs, Safeway sugary donuts, pack of instant oatmeal, banana, coffee. It's a timeshare with RCI. The reservation manager called and the "owner" was crying over this and would give us 1 night in a room with a standard bed ! I checked all the reviews beforehand , saw nothing but stellar reviews, so now it makes me wonder if all the stellar reviews are written by RCI timeshare owners. There were a lot of older people there that appeared to be very familiar with the surroundings. We had two rooms for 2 nights, never again.

It was a shock that there was no air conditioning. It was very hot and uncomfortable sleeping there. The breakfast was meager at best, coffee and a doughnut.

This was by far one of the coolest rooms I’ve stayed in. It was both my fiancés and mine first time to Tahoe. It was clean, well organized, and very very spacious. I did miss the whole no AC thing that’s on me. But I definitely recommend utilizing the fans they give to pull some air from outside in the hotter months. The staff were incredibly nice and all the amenities you get were really really cool. 10/10 I’d stay again.

This is just a warning about the back side rooms facing the lake. We had to leave a night early due to the room had no air conditioning and you could not cool the room down from the afternoon on. We knew it had no air conditioner but it cooled down to the 50s at night and the temps were only in the low 80s during the day. So we shouldn’t have needed it. We left our door and window open until we went to sleep and it still was 80 plus degrees in the room. Checked the heat thermostat to see if it was stuck on but it wasn’t. I talked to the front desk and they said they have been asking for AC for years for those rooms. And he also said they were insulated. There was also a large group of college age kids partying and yelling and arguing each night in a room below us. Everything else was fine. Pools were cooling (until you went back in the room) and the entertainment on Wednesday night was great!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here, it is so close to shops and food and live action places. The parking was free and safe. Our room was very clean and decent and rustic but also modern. We would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to the south. The 2 pools were clean and convenient and the hot tub was nice too. We really enjoyed that the place can let guests use the bicycles for free to explore around the area. The staff in charge of the bikes was very nice and accommodating. The free breakfast was simple but still very convenient to have access to when we want it. The gym was small but useful. The front desk staff was also very friendly and quick with helping with any questions. Also, we loved how they had a popcorn machine there too and a water filter station to fill our water bottles for the day. Totally recommend this place as it is in the heart of south lake tahoe and so close to restaurants and shopping. Great job Stardust and hope to see you again soon!

Excellent location. Breakfast was good. Coffee and popcorn available all day. Pleasant staff. Across from Heavenly Village which has loads of places to eat and things to do.
