We have traveled a lot and this property is outstanding. Small, very charming and the staff is beyond incredible. Perfect location, this is by far one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Highly recommended. The owner goes above and beyond making you fell so welcomed.

This is an AMAZING hotel. The owner and staff truly treat their guests like royalty. I honestly couldn't have asked for a nicer experience and as a bonus the location is wonderful with close proximity to many sights and restaurants. The final perk is that their breakfast is incredibly good. We'll be back!

Our arrival at Hotel Agnes did not begin well. We were booked into last room on top floor. One had to be careful not to hit head on ceiling when getting out of bed. Also the elevator only goes to third floor and stair way for an older adult (me) was dangerous. The next day we were moved to first floor room and from that moment on, our stay was perfect. The staff were so helpful, we were given a free ride to train station when we departed. Nice breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel, but would not want to stay on 4th floor unless I was younger.

This was a great boutique hotel…not because of the large and comfortable room, not because of the sheet-sized towels, not because of the washcloths (which many hotels do not provide), not because of the outstanding breakfast or the ability to get something to drink at any time, day or night, free of charge; not because of the great location or the beautifully appointed physical facility…but because of the awesome people who work there. They were such a blessing…people who actually love their jobs and smile all the time; people who call you by name; people who go out of their way to be helpful and accommodating (drove us to church so we wouldn’t get lost; drove us to restaurant because we were running late; free shuttle service to the train station). If I could give Residence Agnes a 10, I would gladly do so. It is truly a gem.

For a stay in old town Prague this has to be the hotel of choice. Professional and attentive staff, pristine rooms, excellent and varied breakfast options and very reasonably priced. Advice from staff on things to do in town was perfect, from museums to music concerts. And I chatted to the owner, Frank, who is a real professional, clearly focused on customer satisfaction. Will definitely stay here again when next in Prague. Highly recommended!

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. What an amazing staff, great location, clean room and breakfast was cherry on top. I'm going back to this hotel if I ever go back to Prague!
