The sound proof was so bad, since its next to the train station, and there was a lot of cargo trains pass through even after mid night, i can't sleep well by the noise. I arrived just 1 hour early and tried to ask whether i can go up to the room earlier, i bought a bento and planned to eat in the room but they asked for ¥1000, i refused and eat at the station

The room was clean and comfortable. Three pillows and nice mattress. There are at least four coin laundry machines, two inside women’s changing room for the public bath which was quite acceptable. Three elevators meant never a wait. Some reviews complained about lack of parking but it’s right next to the train station. Perfect for me. I would return.

Right next to bus stop for our trip to shirakawa and 1 station away from shinkansen station. Area gets quite sketchy at night with solicitors thou

The entry was really nice and the rooms were pretty good sized for this type of hotel in Japan. It is right at the exit of the train station with buses, and convenience stores super close. The bike and car parking were also next to the hotel, so really convenient. Takaoka is generally quiet, so it was nice and quiet while still beimg in the middle of everything.
