the hotel appears to be quite modern and new and I had booked this hotel as the Hotels.com site indicated it's only 0.15km from the airport. I later found that the hotel is actually 20 minutes from the airport by shuttle. We ordered a shuttle as our flight arrives late in the evening and we had an early flight to catch the next morning. We waited 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive after we cleared arrivals at the airport. At the hotel, we tried to booked the free shuttle for the next morning at 6.30am but was told the shuttles only go on the hour. We opted to take the earlier shuttle at 6am. There was free breakfast at the hotel but it starts at 7.30am so we could not comment on that. There was also a laundry facility on site, again, due to our late arrival and early departure, we were not able to use it.

Hotel was very nice! But sadly there is little food crumbs all over the Conners . Staff are very nice!

False advertising! Stay away! This hotel is not at the airport as indicated. The pickup location was at the domestic terminal, 15 mins away by shuttle bus that i had to wait 15 mins for. Once there, difficult to find driver. 25+ mins trip away from airport to hotel. This is not located at the airport as indicated. Refused to refund extra nights when i left early as i needed to be at airport for early flight, and did not want to have to wrestle with unhelpful staff. Breakfast buffet terrible - poor selection in western and chinese quisine - more like school camp breakfast

Incorrect address this is not an airport hotel. Booked this specifically due to distance to the airport as I had multiple long haul flights booked. The address states it is in terminal 2 so when trying to find the hotel after a long journey could not find it. Ended up getting cash out to go to the taxis to try and get help if they knew where the hotel was (which was also very difficult due to the language barrier) and because the actual correct address of the hotel was not listed. Got took to another sister hotel and told this is the wrong one. Then had to pay for another taxi to get to this hotel. Very exhausting and not what you need. When got to the actual hotel the room type was incorrect, which was sorted by the hotel staff and the room changed to the correct type but still not ideal when already had this bad impression by the incorrect address.
The actual hotel is about 15-20mins drive from the airport. The address needs to be changed as it is false.

God It’s a good hotel and the staff are helpful but it is misleading listed on Hotels.com. It’s 15 minutes away from the airport. The correct address is:

Buy a SIM card and immediately contact with the hotel to send you a car to pick you up. You should wait in the terminal 2 - Gate 42. The car goes each hour.

The address listed on the website is incorrect. It states that the hotel is located inside the airport, which is not true. In reality, it is more than a 15-minute drive from the airport.
Additionally, the correct address is not clearly provided anywhere, which made it very difficult and confusing to find the hotel.
It was a very bad experience for me.

The room floor was not clean. After walking in the room, my feet were black and left a print on the toilet mat There was rubbish behind the sofa from the last guest which was not cleared. The hotel is not at the airport and it is 20 minutes away by the free shuttle. The staff were very helpful.
