It was good. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was smaller than I expected.

Hotel is in a great location. It is clean and modern. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was amazing, plenty it choose from and always hot and fresh.

I didn’t like how the breakfast buffet was set up. I had to set my table get my coffee If the tables were set with cutlery and the served coffee and tea it would have been a better experience The staff basically just cleared tables

Amazing Staff!!! From the front door greeting to the lovely girls at the breakfast check-in so friendly and smiling. Of course the room and breakfast was also amazing.

I wish I could remember the porter's name, but when I parked in the garage across the street, he showed me how I could extend the time and how to pay in advance on my phone. Traveling solo, his kindness was MUCH appreciated and made the visit one that I will always remember.

Everything is brand new. Room is thoughtfully laid out, and the shower doesn’t leak all over the floor like most hotel rooms. Staff are incredible. Very attentive amd helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Upon arriving concierge staff was very friendly and welcoming. The building is very clean and new. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. We arrived at 2:30 and our room was not ready, which is understandable as check in is 3:00. So we figured they must be strict about not allowing early check in at all, unless prearranged. We proceeded with the check in paperwork and were told to wait for an email at 3:00 and then come back to the desk for our room keys. It was close to 3:30 before we were finally able to get our room keys. No apologies for the wait, and I am more than certain we will not get a 30 minute refund. Upon entering the room, although the room was fairly clean, the floors didn’t appear to be mopped and there was a cleaning rag left behind. Which leaves me to suspect that the room was cleaned in haste and perhaps not thoroughly. The breakfast buffet was good, although we avoided the scrambled eggs containing the long, black hair. The location is excellent for proximity to Princess of Wales Theatre.
