The rooms were missing amenities, no towel and shower. The breakfast area was not clean. No courtesy to check in bit early...

Good location.

This hotel has a lot of potential but unfortunately, right now, the service is very lacking. When we checked in the young man at the front desk told us that we would have a mini fridge with drinks like water/soft drinks and noodles that we could have and pay for when we checked out. Our mini fridge only had water and energy drinks. We were grateful for the water and I attempted to call the front desk to see if I could look at their noodles. After several attempts, one of the five receptionists that sit at the front desk finally picked up and said somebody would bring it to me. We were forgotten unfortunately and nobody ever came. The cleanliness is also very lacking. Housekeeping kept “forgetting” to bring us fresh towels and toilet paper. We had to go to the front desk, five floors down, to request this. Also, when they finally came at around 4pm in the afternoon, they removed our towels without replacing them. My husband had to go down 10 total flights of stairs (two sets of stairs per floor) to request fresh towels as the one elevator in the whole building is extremely slow and so tiny that often if there are a couple of other occupants, you are packed like sardines. The walls are also paper thin and every night I could very clearly hear the television in my neighbors room and it felt like I was watching it with them. House keeping also is slamming doors and being very loud very early in the morning. I would not stay here again. I will choose a different place next time.

Rooms are an okay size and cleanliness is good but not perfect. Amenities are available and laundry service is available for a fee.

Pool was great! My sunburn was not their fault!

I felt dirty the entire time I was there! I dropped something & it rolled away from me! I got down on hands & knees to look under the bed & I was horrified! There was a layer of dust complete with dust & hair balls, trash, empty containers & water bottles! We asked to have it cleaned! Despite leaving money for the cleaning staff it was never cleaned! The windows were filthy! The walls & switches were filthy! We asked if we could shorten our stay & were told we could not! I was so happy to leave the following week’

The room was dirty. Housekeeping said they cleanes it and there were still bugs in the bathtub. Staff would not check it eventhough i should them pictures. Staff finally gave me cleaning supplies so i could clean the room myself. The water bottles in the room and not cleaned before they are refilled so not sure if they are safe to use. We had booked a week and only stayed 2 days with no refund. Worse hotel we've stayed in 25 years. The only thing good about the place is the breakfast.

1/5 – Unsafe, unhygienic, and dishonest property. We stayed at SUJET Beach Resort, Da Nong, Vietnam over New Year’s and for my birthday. This stay involved serious health, safety, hygiene, privacy, and transparency issues and did not meet basic hospitality standards or what was advertised. Health & hygiene issues throughout the property • Floors were consistently filthy, not only in our room but also in common areas including the lobby. After walking barefoot in the room, our feet were black. • There were broken stairs in shared areas, creating a safety hazard. • The room smelled strongly of sewer, which appeared to be a building-wide plumbing issue, not an isolated room problem. • Rats were observed on the premises, along with multiple stray animals freely roaming the property. Room conditions were unacceptable • The bedroom had no windows, making ventilation impossible. • The sewer smell only improved when doors were left open. • Hot water in the shower lasted only a few minutes, making proper showers impossible. • The bed was extremely hard, comparable to sleeping on the floor. • The AC and fan did not function properly, despite staff showing us how to use them.
