Our stay was extremely disappointing. The bathroom had a persistent urine odor throughout our entire stay, making it very unpleasant. The room lacked basic amenities such as towel racks and a wardrobe, and the television never worked. Despite reporting these issues multiple times, our concerns were consistently ignored. The breakfast was decent, offering about five to six items, but that was the only positive aspect of our experience. Prior to our arrival, I sent messages regarding the airport shuttle but never received a response. We had booked the property under the name Urban Royale, but upon arrival, the location was nowhere to be found. After spending nearly 30 minutes searching, we finally reached Urban Lion, where we were informed that the property’s name had been changed just two weeks earlier. No prior notification was provided, making the check-in process unnecessarily frustrating. Overall, the lack of communication, poor maintenance, and disregard for guest concerns made this one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. It’s hard to believe that establishments operating with such poor standards still exist.

The location was close to the airport, a but tight for our taxi to get there (narrow roads) but the place was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and it was delicious rice and curry, with bread and fruits.

I stayed for more than 3 nights and never arrived to do cleaning, always when I need something have to ask, the electronic door key some times works some times not, too many inconveniences

Do you even know this property has been closed down by Delhi authorities. Hotels.com needs to stop booking for this hotel and avoid travellers from all the hassle and nightmare we had to go through.

Customer service is very poor. A lot of lack of communication and lack of understanding. The food was poorly made and the staff take ages for room service. Air conditioning was working but wasn’t cooling. Room wasn’t clean and didn’t look like the photos.
