I booked a layover for my friend; i found Kian online and it looked promising from the photos. However, the location is not the best, coming in at night to this hotel was very scary for her. The pics are definitely not updated; the place was run down. Electricity kept going constantly which did not help the situation.
One a positive note, the staff was (Rohan and Taxi/Shuttle Driver) 100% helpful and accommodating.

Staff very helpful and accommodating. Superb attention given to assist with airport taxi and baggage assistance. Food offered at hotel very good quality! Bed very comfortable great soap smell and very clean. Although a bit noisy from busy street noise.
Thank you for a comfortable stay

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and a special thanks to Shehnshaa Aalam for the excellent treatment and outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, he ensured everything was comfortable and well taken care of. His professionalism, polite behavior, and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable.
