Fantastisk This was probably the nicest apartment we’ve stayed at. Very spacious, clean, and the views are unbeatable. It was a perfect location and we would highly recommend it. We’ll plan to stay here again next time we’re in Brisbane!

Fantastisk Amazing stay at this apartment for 2 nights with family! Staffs are very polite and friendly. Check in process was quick and smooth. Location is also very convenient to catch the city ferry and walkable to cbd area.

Great 2‑bed apartment in an excellent location. The bed was comfortable, and the place felt clean and new. Fantastic view as well. The only disappointment was that the bedrooms had roller blinds with gaps rather than proper block‑out curtains, so a lot of light leaked in and disrupted our sleep.

The apartment itself was clean, had a great view and is in a good location.
Unfortunately, the overall experience didn't match what we expected. Finding the parking and reception was confusing due to poor signage, and the building was difficult to navigate throughout our stay.
The biggest issue was the lifts. Only three service levels 8–44, and as we were on level 38 we regularly faced long waits. The lifts were often completely full, meaning we had to wait for multiple trips before we could get on.
The spa was also out of service, which was disappointing. The blinds in both the lounge and bedroom were poor quality and didn't properly fit the windows. At night, a bright beam of light from The Star logo on the neighbouring building shone through directly onto the bed.
Overall, the property has the potential to feel luxurious, but too many small things let it down. To top it off, we were advised to check out early because exiting the car park can take up to 30 minutes. Combined with the lift delays, it made the end of our stay feel rushed and frustrating rather than relaxing.

Lovely apartment. Spacious and perfect for a bigger group. There were 7 of us.
Directions for check in and finding the property entrance/reception was very confusing and after being told we could check in at 12pm, property was not ready due to ‘maintenance issues’. So that was a bit disappointing. Signage needs to be improved as that will help.
