Everything was perfect, the staff was very welcoming and arranging. My room was lovely designed and felt like home away from home. Highly recommended. I extended my stay since it was my best experience in Hué.

We loved our stay at the Orchid Premium Hotel in Hue. All of the staff were great but Sunny was amazing, very helpful and made us feel welcome and comfortable. We had a gorgeous room on the 5th floor with great views and a comfy bed. The aircon worked well too. Hue is an amazing city and we would definitely go back to the Orchid Premium Hotel.

Excellent stay at the Orchid Premium Hotel. Tina was especially exceptional making sure our stay was enjoyable. Hotel was in a good location within walking distance to many attractions. Clean and well maintained. We will stay here again

The room was super clean and the staff were all so sweet and friendly. They helped us book tours and our tra sport to Hoi An. Was very pleased about our stay. onlnegative comment.was the.coffee in the morning at breakfast wasnt great

An amazing hotel. Luxury room! Fancy lobby. AMAZING staff! I wish I could remeber all their names. But Sunny was so kind and very interested in my travels and making sure I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was VERY clean and so fancy. The bed was so comfortable. There was even a tiny balcony! The location was ok. Hard to walk to any good restaurants. There were two across the street. I didnt eat there. There is karaoke every night across the street! Ugh. Ha ha. But it ended around 9 pm. I would definely stay here again. Breakfast was delicious and a good variety of food. The staff make this hotel a perfect place to stay!
