Lovely hotel in the heart of the city with short walks to all places of interest. Staff were very helpful and room was big and modern. Would highly recommend for a stay in Lucerne which is a lovely city. Also has car park round back so great if you drive.

Perfect

No air con was a let down

Lovely place to stay

Always remember what you pay and what you get .... this hotel is 2 minute walk from Lucerne main Station and all thing are very near and walkable from this hotel ... hotel location excellent .... breakfast ok .... everything in hotel is perfect .... room was great .

The hotel was located is located at a great location. The breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again the next time I am in Lucerne.

My biggest complaint is the lack of air conditioning and, more importantly, the lack of adequate ventilation. I understand there may be local regulations regarding air conditioning, but providing only one old, ineffective fan per room is simply not enough. After spending the day exploring in the summer heat, returning to a room that feels like a hot box, especially at this price point, is extremely disappointing. It was anything but a comfortable place to. We asked if it would be possible to have one additional fan, but were told they only had enough to provide one fan per room. Unless you were sitting directly in front of it, the room remained unbearably hot. On top of that, the room was dusty and didn’t feel particularly clean. I would not recommend staying here during the summer months, especially during this heat wave. For the price, I expected a much more comfortable and accommodating experience.

excellent value and would stay again. only issue is that they don't have air conditioning and the weather was very hot when we stayed.

Good hotel in an excellent location. In summer though need air conditioning.

Very clean room and good staff in a convenient location
