Nice vibe with the breakfast on the patio. Nice location slightly outside of the most touristic place. Personnel is very kind and helpful.

The staff was very welcoming and kind with a personal touch that was appreciated. The breakfast was spectacular and the amenities are great (full kitchen and washing machine in the room itself).

Room a little tight but a good area. I would prefer something with a little more space next time. We had a great time and good food in Lisboa, Portugal and surrounding cities. Easy to get transportation, We used uber the whole time we were there.

The room was very clean Compact. Everything I needed. The location was perfect for walking. I loved the variety of items for breakfast! Yummy. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is very cute with nice breakfast provided in the morning. The receptionists are very friendly and attentive. It is quite far in terms of walking distance to main areas so expect to use the metro which is located close by. In terms of the rooms, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on I was only able to sleep for maximum 4 hours as it felt like sleeping on stone. Not sure if the other rooms have different beds and hence the other reviews regarding comfort. There was also black mould everywhere in the washroom, barely any lighting, and no counter space making it very challenging for a couple to stay in one room. The AC you have no control over and they keep it set at 22 degrees and it will randomly turn off at night or the cleaning staff turns it off making the room take a while to cool down after turning it back down. Not ideal while visiting in the middle of a heat wave. There is no safe, iron, or fridge in the room which I believe are all basics when booking a hotel. The only thing I enjoyed in the room was the balcony. Definitely does not latch the price you pay for booking it. There is also a $50 euro security deposit that is not communicated to you prior to booking.
