Ophold alene

I average about three hotels a month for business and this hotel has been my favorite for at least the last 2 years. Well run, fantastic staff that was truly interested in the customer experience over following a set of rigid rules and regulations for the hotels own benefit at the expense of the human experience. Special thanks to Erica and all the staff for friendliness and always being ready to help. First class!

The gym is under equipped. I think it would be better if they had a bench and free weights. No treadmill either. The room service was limited

It was perfect. Just one minor detail, i noticed it was dusty. The staff would clean the room and by night time i would notice dust on my laptop or cell phone.

We had a great stay! This hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent and made to order. I enjoyed the small gym that was stocked with towels and drinks. The location is very walkable and fairly close to the main station. My only complaint is that our room on the 8th floor was level with the highway so it felt less private when traffic was backed up. 1 or 2 floors up would have been perfect.
