Fantastisk
Nicely located hotel within easy walking distance to the Train Station and many restaurants. Very good complimentary breakfast and reasonably priced laundry and vending machine products. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Good location close to train, bus etc. Free breakfast a bonus, handy to the supermarket and the food venue in the station basement. The Tourist Information centre at the station is very helpful and the red bus outside the station goes to all the points of interest.

I will never stay here. I book a room for 3 they give twin beds. They only want two give me only 2 towels. Not a good staff. Its good if you want a cheap cheap night.

Incredible staff and an amazing location. Extremely close to the JR station and they are extremely accommodating. I 100% recommend staying here if you're visiting Hiroshima.

Only issues is limited seating spaces for breakfast ! Long Q for breakfast. Hotel location is close to Hiroshima JR and Shinkansen station and bus tram. Next to Lawson and close to a major supermarket.

- the corridor and the room smelled like cigarettes. We were not aware this was a smoker hotel. - the beds were very, very firm. It had an impactin the quality of our sleep.

Everything about the room and the hotel was fine, except for the bed. This was by far the hardest mattress I have ever slept on - hardly an upgrade over sleeping directly on the floor. Neither my wife or I slept well as neither of us could get comfortable and tossed & turned the whole night. The pillows were not great either, but consistent with other hotels we have stayed at in Japan where they are very "bean-bag" like.
