This property is just awesome. Everything from room size, property cleanliness, food options around the area, convenience to train lines, are just some of the reasons this hotel is an absolute must-stay. 10/10 recommend! Perfect for all types of travelers(couples, singles, families, first timers to Japan etc.)

Very clean room a s love wall TV .

We loved the breakfast. Our room was a handicap room even though we did not request that. The room was spacious.. The air conditioning was hard to figure out with the remote in Japanese that did not match the English explanation on the tv screen. Other rooms were set up better with English instructions and a separate toilet and bath where ours was together. It was hard to find the entrance, and when we called for help, the automated message said to send an email. The bakery in the lobby was good. There is not a front desk person at all times.

The room was very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast at the onsite restaurant. Awesome hotel!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. When I asked for directions, they assisted me by searching for the location and writing down the information for me. Thank you for your assistance—I will definitely visit again next time.

The hotel was excellent. The standard twin room was very good size. Bathroom shower by itself which is nice. Gym was very good. I will stay there now when coming back to Yokohama. Staff was very helpful, thumbs up the staff!

Everything is perfect. I appreciate the room-keeping staffs’ discretion every day ( I stayed 3 nights this time and also 3 nights in January) and receptionist’s support when I arrived earlier than 14:00.

As a first-time guest at this hotel, I must say that I was quite impressed. Though I initially considered OMO5 Yokohama Bashamichi (formerly Oakwood Suites Yokohama), it was a bit out of my pricing budget for this solo trip. The hotel was located close to Yokohama Station, which was a huge advantage for me as I heavily rely on the rails in Japan for travel. The hotel staff were quite helpful in offering an early check-in from 12 noon and I quite liked the bakery in the hotel lobby for some tea while waiting for the early check-in time. Being located above The Yokohama Front, it was convenient as there were quite a number of restaurants available in the event that I did not feel like venturing out for dinner. When it comes to the room, the amenities were quite sufficient for my standards and the bedding was quite comfortable. Having an all-in-one washer and dryer was also an advantage for me as I could wash my clothes daily upon returning from my railway day trips. Overall, this was a job well done, Sotetsu Hotels The Splaisir Yokohama. I do hope to come back again when I come to eastern Japan if possible.

Overall amazing love to always stay here
