The staff were friendly and always helpful although they should hire more staff. Staff should be checking rooms every other day for amenities. Breakfast was good though they should change the menu often. I don't like the flip-flops being retained. For hygenic purposes they should let the customers take it or have them replaced after each tenant's use.

Fast friendly service

Despite the good reviews, that was not my experience. Overall, the hotel seems to be run completely by young people that don't have the attention to details a hotel needs. Requests to speak to the owner or manager were resisted. One request for maintenance was never conveyed to the mechanic as the "Ops Supervisor" was talking with employess and playing on his phone. Some of the rooms are over work areas and banging late at night and very early in the morning was heard. Overall, with the amount workers seen milling around doing nothing, the overall cleanliness of the property was not good at all. I would never stay here again!

Location

Booked the hotel for my out of town friends for a class reunion. The hotel was easy access to the event. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and accommodating.

two thumbs up, I enjoyed my stay & highly recommend. Will book again defenitely.

There were tons of tiny ants on the room. Shower curtain has mildew on it. No housekeeping services unless you request for it

The staff are very helpful

Breakfast buffet was excellent, so many food selections. The only negative for me is the very low hot water pressure in the shower.

I had a great stay. But they need to have a pool.
