Comfortable , near giant & more food restaurant for choices

Good location - lost world, kfc, Starbucks, mcd, other food stalls are walking distance Bedroom is appropriate with price

overall cleanliness are very bad. bedsheet, pillow, blanket got yellow stains. Bathroom basin, toilet bowl and wall are dirty. The wall got left over soap and shampoo scums . Toilet cup for brushing teeth is dirty inside. Need improve on cleanliness.

Well the staf are nice and helpful. This hotel provide toothbrush also. But linen are a bit dirty. The room is clean..easy parking. Near to gaint mall and lost world of tambun.

Hotel location is good but the cleanliness is horrible. Cobwebs on above the bed. Leftover food crackers underneath the bed. Leaking water hose and shower head. That shows the maintenance and Housekeeping hardly do their job. It is a hotel but Housekeeping doesn’t clean the room at all. When asked at the reception why the room is not cleaned on a daily basis. She mentioned it has to be requested. Weird but true. Then don’t call yourself a hotel. The Housekeeping staff we came across kept asking us which room we are at. When asked we assumed he was going to clean it but he did not. The Receptionists on duty are also not helpful when asked a question, the way they answer is not logical but more of giving excuses probably to avoid extra work or so. Would not recommend this hotel. For the price you pay I think there are many hotels out there that provide better services.

Value for $.Acceptable level of comfort and room condition for a budget hotel.

It was superb, near to Lost World of Tambun.

Nice design & comfort stay. However, it will be helpful to have a pantry or fridge. As we come together with 2 year toddler & we need to store her milk in fridge. It become a big problem for us as we stay 2 night and the milk already non-consumable after one day. Overall, it's a great stay for couple, traveller with big children or backpackers as most amenities are nearby & walkable.
