Clean room but awful experience. Terrible management. No information provided, no reception, nobody to speak to, no contact info. Called over 10+ times, no answer. Had to walk the streets for 2.5 hours to trying to find someone to help me check in, went to 5 of their buildings all located 15-20 minutes away, most were empty, no managerial staff present, no reception staff around. Absolutely useless. I had to drag all of my luggage around, lost my jacket & ripped my bag in the process. Never again. Absolutely awful management. No compensation, no apology. Over 8 people had the same situation. Never experienced anything like it. The expectation for your customers to go on a wild goose chase around Madrid, awful.

Excellent place to stay in Madrid. Clean, modern. Comfy beds & so quiet being on the university campus. About 25 minutes walk to Charmartin too

My main complaints are: - there was a bad smell in the wardrobe; - the air conditioned device was so shiny it made it impossible to sleep.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and bathroom was new and modern looking.

Unable to get ahold of property. Unable to check in. Reached out multiple times via app and the numbers provided. Had to find other accommodations. Requested a refund and did not get one. Do not recommend.

A convenient place to attend a conference at Universidad Autonoma
