Great check in, easy stay

Good location, very clean and only basic amenities (no gym or pool). The service was a bit strange, in terms of lack of flexibility, and food not exciting. However, there is an excellent Malaysian restaurant attached to the front of the hotel that was incredible!

Posizione ottima.

The refrigerator is like nothing we’ve ever seen before. It only holds three bottles of water laying down. There is no depth to the refrigerator. You cannot store food or leftovers. The meals were disappointing. The staff is fabulous and friendly. Shower and sink did not drain properly and almost overflowed out of the shower onto the floor due to poor design of drains. Rooms are clean. No closet and no dresser drawers. It was very inconvenient to have to live out of our suitcase for a week. No king size bed. They put two beds together and 2 bottom sheets going Forzano, so there was no top sheet just 2 comforters as if you were in a bed by yourself.
