Wow - beautiful hotel on the hill. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We had both breakfasts and dinners there - all was excellent. The pool is small but well equipped - and the steam room and sauna also great. A brilliant time was had and though you are further outside krakow it was less than 10 pounds in a uber. We will return !

I came for a comfy bed and left wondering if I could legally move in. From the moment I arrived, the staff were so attentive I briefly considered whether they had psychic abilities. Case in point: it started raining just as I stepped out, and before I could fully commit to getting drenched, they appeared with an umbrella like hospitality superheroes. It’s those small, thoughtful touches that really set this place apart. The room itself was spotless, cozy, and dangerously easy to stay in all day. But when I did venture out into the cold city, I had the spa waiting for me on return—an absolute lifesaver. Nothing says “I’ve made good life choices” like warming up and unwinding after freezing your face off outdoors. And the food? Let’s just say I’m still thinking about it. Every meal felt like an event, and I may or may not have started planning my day around what I could eat next. All in all, an excellent stay with genuinely lovely staff who go above and beyond. If they start offering permanent residency, I’m first in line.

Fantastic hotel

Good hotel in an interesting building, far enough from the city to be quiet but close enough to be in Old Town in 10 minutes by Uber (about £6 per trip). Food is good and staff very supportive.

The property was beautiful. All the staff very friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing. They took very good care of us. Would definitely come back again

This is a gem of a hotel. Great views of the surrounding area, easy access to biking, and nice areas for walking/hiking. The rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurant and food were very good as well. Would highly recommend this hotel for the experience alone.
