ウェルカムドリンクに、ビールがあり驚きです。バイキングでは、せいろ蒸しもあり、ハーゲンダッツのアイスがありと美味しくいただきました。また、機会があったら是非泊まりたいです。

お風呂に行く時に、何か入れるものがあると良い。例えば、手籠、ビニールバックとか。なにもいれるのが、ないと不便です。

We reserved a non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke! We were given another room, which was just the same. Since it was late, it wasn’t possible to find another hotel, so we had to stay in the smoky “non-smoking” room.
The food was included in the stay, but we still ended up paying a dinner fee — so much for “included.”
The only thing nice was the view.

The facility was clean. The morning and dinner buffets were good. Outdoor onsen had two pools with different temperature settings. Hotel is located close to the main attractions at Matsushima. Good value.
