The reception Staff were lovely and helped us when our safety box was broken, they sorted it out very quickly. The classic room was very, very small.. Enjoy our day at the hotel

I chose this hotel because it is two minutes walk from Grosse Freiheit 36, a music venue. It's in the centre of the red light district, so expect - if you're a single man - to be repeatedly approached and grabbed for "business". It didn't bother me, but it might bother some, hence why I mention it. The hotel itself is excellent. Comfortable rooms and excellent staff - no complaints there whatsoever.

It's close to the Beatles tour that we did & we slept well on the first night, the food & service was excellent & Havin really helped us for breakfast but on Friday night the music outside was so loud we got almost no sleep & it didn't stop until 4.30am. Another tip, get a room facing the street, otherwise your view is slum like to the rear. .

The staff was amazing, even though they have a no cancellation policy and I messed up the dates and arrived at 1 AM they help me sort out and accommodate me. Love these guys!

Didn’t say there’s was no breakfast available. Nearest pre 9am was mcdonald on the Reeperbahn. Not ideal
