Room was clean, located in quiet area (superb). Staffs were friendly and informative. Right across the Shaiizinda necropolis. Breakfast could improve but got all basics.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Right opposite one of the major sites in Samarkand and it's a 5 minutes walk to the bazaar and 15 minutes walk to the Registan. The staff are all friendly and polite. The courtyard around the pool area is lovely to sit and enjoy some downtime. The room is spacious and clean. However the breakfast could be improved as we found the options lacking compared to the size of hotel.

Hotel managers need professional training, better manners and follow up on what they agree to do. Clueless about how to run a hotel. Dirty room, not cleaned at checkin.

Great location across the street from Shah-i Zinda and an easy walk to Siyob Bozori, Bibi Khanym Mosque, Tashkent Street shopping, and even the Registan. Rooms were very spacious. The courtyard is very nice place to relax after a day out exploring Samarkand. Very helpful staff.
