Charming conversion of their family home, right in the middle of old town. Only a few minutes from Pile and Ploce gates, once you know your way around.

Centrally located. Great AC. Host responds quickly. Beautiful space. Only thing I’ll mention is there are steps to the place which can be hard to navigate if you have a large luggage, but very doable :)

Fantastisk Sweet house was very clean. Accessible to sites, as it is within the walled old city. Lots of stairs, but that is the norm for Dubrovnik. Location was very quiet. It seems many places in the old town have no screens on the windows, which allows for bugs and flies. But you can easily close windows. The room /place was very modernized. Excellent stay overall.

Fabulous property. Perfect location in old town, the owners communicated the location and access well and were happy to store our luggage as we had an early arrival. The room was clean and spacious. The shower was excellent, and the balcony was a treat, including the neighbours music practice. Enjoyed a great nights sleep after exploring the Old Town. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in Room 2 for 2 nights and it was a perfect stay for us. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet. There are stairs to the bathroom and these are steep but we liked having 2 floors. The room was small but the bed very comfortable and it was big enough for a short break. If you are sensitive to light there is no blind for the upstairs window but we were able to cover it so it didn’t affect our sleep. The owners were responsive with any questions and kindly stored our luggage as we had a late flight.

God Ventilation fan had a awful smell.
Not much sound proof between rooms, so depending on the floor of your it will be not quiet.

The location is close to the Buza bar. I liked it because it is far from a busy Stradun area. The room was very clean and had a good view to Mount Srd. Check in, check out were quite smooth and the automated messages from Direct Booker were also useful. Overall very satisfactory stay in Dubrovnik.

Communication was excellent. The room was charming. Enjoyed coffee on the second floor looking out to the city. Highly recommend.
