The room was super clean. Staffs are friendly. AC was never a problem. The atmosphere is very romantic especially the pool area. Love the gym equipments. We would definitely come back again. Breakfast is awesome because the fact that you so many choices. A lot!

As we get older, the only issue i have is the number of stairs and access to my room and amenities.

Based on our recent stay, there really isn’t anything we can fault. The staff were super welcoming from start to finish, including the reception staff, the bell boys and the fantastic domestic staff. The pool areas were fantastic. Only walked up to the man made beach and pool once but would say that more work is needed there. However, the infinity pool is amazing. We always managed to get a sunbed no matter what time. We booked in for a couples massage which was delightful and well worth the money. I liked that we got notifications on the hotel app about discounts. Breakfast was included in the cost of our room which was always lovely. Only criticism was the fact the hotel bar on the roof stopped serving around 11:30pm. We felt that considering its location and view, we could have stayed up there for longer. Other than that bar, we felt there weren’t many other places to sit at night. Having said that, we loved our stay! Thank you!

Clean room

5 star for everything. Immaculate and the breakfasts were to die for. Wish they kept the brekkie service to 1pm as they're so many lunch things

We stayed here to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond by decorating the bed on arrival and again on his actual birthday, as well as leaving a birthday cake, which was a lovely touch. The room was clean, spacious, and the facilities were excellent. The complex is quite large, so we did get lost a few times, but this didn’t take away from the overall experience. Breakfast offered an amazing variety with something for everyone—we were truly spoiled for choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the free shuttle bus service provided by the hotel was very convenient. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would definately visit again.

Beautiful

Service was excellent. Location was very peaceful and serene.

Amazing rooftop - good vibe and good food. The down side - near the road very noisy.

The hotel is a little distance from Patong Beach (although the hotel provides a shuttle bus). The hotel does not have its own beach. The hotel is beside a highway, and there are only a few restaurants nearby. It sounds as if this is not the best holiday hotel choice, right? But you just need to check in.Then you will find that this is a surprisingly good hotel.Because the hotel is located on the hillside, the sea view is very spectacular. The staff are all friendly and always have a smile. With a person with limited mobility the front desk team Joe Sordy and LOH took extra care of us. And lovely Ms.Noodang at breakfast restaurant was so kind to us.She not only explained everything in detail. And make sure our table is clean and the cups are full. She also took the initiative to recommend us and sent us the special dessert of the day. Then let's talk about the breakfast.Hotels in Thailand have never short of a good breakfast. But the breakfast at Kalima is unbelievable.Whether it is the variety or the quality of food. For example you may find bubble breakfast in many hotels. But Kalima take it to an other level. You can even make your own highball here.Such a good breakfast plus a good view what else could you ask for a holiday?
