Under gennemsnittet Clean room, great location and great bed.
Air conditioning did not work however, and room was quite warm. We were excited to see onsite laundry, but the drier did not work at all.

Fantastisk We had a wonderful stay at LUBO Hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which made our stay even more enjoyable during the warm weather.
The check-in process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. One of the best things about this hotel is its unbeatable location, right in the heart of the Old Town, with restaurants, shops, and major attractions all within easy walking distance.
Overall, LUBO Hotel exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The room was great. It was clean and spacious and had a small useful kitchen where we were able to make a simple dinner. It had good air conditioning, which was very appreciated during a heat wave. It was in a great location in the old town where we were able to walk to all the attractions easily. The cafe downstairs had great food and service. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Lucerne.

The hotel has an excellent location, which made it very convenient to explore the city and access nearby attractions. Public transport, restaurants, and shops were all within easy reach.
However, the room itself was quite small and felt a bit cramped for our stay. There was no fridge in the room, which would have been helpful, especially for longer stays or keeping drinks and snacks. The furniture was also very minimal — there was only a very small table, and even the chairs were stacked on top of each other due to the lack of space.
Overall, the hotel is a good choice if location is your top priority, but the room size and limited amenities may not be ideal for a comfortable or longer stay.

Room cleaning mediocre. Found hair in sheets and duvet, dust throughout.
No ac in room and when called about it we were told no staff on hand, no fans available. Made for an uncomfortable night especially for our daughter in top bunk with poor airflow.
Location is decent but overall would not recommend staying here.

Loved the kitchen. The A/C was adequate. Can’t beat the location. The slanted wall is a bit inconvenient but hey, we knew ahead of time. We were happy with the shower and toiletries.
Overall, I would recommend.
