Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Except the air conditioning left a lot to be desired. It kept turning off over night leaving the room hot and stuffy even though it was winter outside

Under gennemsnittet
Glass was found in carpet. Asked politely if they could clean while out for dinner & returned still glass found. Moved us too an adjacent room that was not cleaned and missing useful items. Not really expected for price, rating and name. Also cafe run by them charged me incorrectly, then made out that I was wrong, when the pricing was in front of me and I could see the charge on my phone. Again disappointing Sofitel

The buffet breakfast was a little disappointing. Pancakes cold Bacon not great Sausages not tasty. Pastries dry The windows in the restaurant need a clean! Not nice looking out over the skyline thru a dirty window!
