Please note that We can only allow a maximum of 2 adults in a Cocoon or 2 adults with 1 kid (0-11 years old) as Cocoons are capsule-like accommodation. Please be advised that kid 6 years old and below are free of charge, while kid between 7 to 11 years old has an extra charge of Php500.00.

It offers a unique glamping experience that has common a common CR/toilet just right outside the room and a bath house which is adjacent to the Cocoons.

Please be advised that upon check-in, our front desk associate will secure Php1,000 incidental deposit which is refundable upon check-out for any other consumption that you may incur during your stay.

Kindly be advised that our standard check-in time is at 2PM, and standard check-out time is at 12NN. All special requests are dearly noted but it will still be subject to availability.

CORKAGE FEE

Bringing of outside food is subject to a corkage fee of Php 200.00 per person. Cooking within the resort premises is strictly prohibited. However, grilling may be allowed subject to the availability of grillers, with a corresponding griller rental fee of Php 500.00. Guests may also enjoy dining at our in-house restaurants available within the resort.

We can waive the corkage fee for light snacks, chips, one (1) small to medium-sized cake, and non-alcoholic beverages. Please note that bringing of blue water gallons is strictly not allowed.

Corkage Fee for Alcoholic Drinks:

Beer in can: Php 50.00 per can

Hard liquor (imported): Php 1,000.00 per bottle

Hard liquor (local): Php 500.00 per bottle

Lechon Corkage Fee:

- Php 5000.00 per piece (subject to change without prior notice)

PET POLICY

We only allow pets in our Cocoons and Camperisti. We allow small/toy pet not exceeding 20lbs. Maximum of 1 pet per Cocoon and Camperisti with pet fee of Php1500net per pet.

Please be advised that your pet must be on a leash when outside the Cocoon and Camperisti and on a kennel/carrier. They are allowed to stay around the Cocoon/Camperisti, cabana and beach area. Please see attached Pet Policy for your reference.

QUIET TIME

For the comfort and convenience of our guests, we encourage the Quiet Time Policy in all rooms and balconies between the hours of 10:00PM to 7:00AM. Thank you for your cooperation.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the resort premises, including the guest rooms/accommodations. Any violation of this policy, or damages caused by smoking, will result in cleaning and restoration charges billed to the guest’s account.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Your safety and security remain to be our utmost priority, kindly see below update travel requirements for guest of all ages:

1. Please make sure you have a confirmed reservation as walk-ins are still not permitted.

2. Provide a copy of your booking confirmation letter.

3. Bring valid government-issued IDs.

4. Before arrival, please drop by the Municipal Tourism Reception Area and present a copy of your Confirmed Reservation and pay the Ecological Fee of Php 50.00 and claim your Referral Slip. Present the Referral Slip upon arrival at the resort.

** Please note that these restrictions are subject to change depending on the prevailing local government guidelines.

Club Laiya Advisory: We apologize for any inconvenient disturbances that may arise during your stay with us due to the noisy construction works happening nearby. Please be aware these activities will take place Monday through Sunday, which could potentially cause some disruption during your stay.
