とても美味しい食事でしたが、朝食メニューでおかわりしたかったメニューが品切れなのか、いくら待っても作られませんでした スタッフもいない状態で残念でした

食事があとの方になると 補充があまりされず、ないままでした。

大江戸温泉のワンランク上の温泉施設ってことで、インフィニティ温泉とオールインクルーシブなど楽しみにして行きましたが、全体的に施設の古さ、アメニティのレベルの低さ、食事の時間の短さが気になりました。 お風呂の脱衣所の鏡の上とかもガムテープで修理した上からペンキで塗ってあったり、シャワーヘッドなら統一性のなさ、バスタオルもガサガサだし、作務衣もヨレヨレで汚らしいし、スリッパもビニールの使い古した汚らしいものでした。 スリッパなんかは使い捨ての方がいいと思います。 食事もオールインクルーシブならアルコールも出るのに1時間半はゆっくり食事できませんでした。 インフィニティ温泉はとてもよかったです。自然の中でのお風呂はとても気持ちのいいものでしたが、女性の風呂から下の道路が見えて、男性の方は見えないとか。。逆では？とも 建物が古くても、嫌な感じがしないところはたくさんあります。 わたしは、もう少し清潔感など欲しかったのとアメニティにも物足りなさがあったので、リピートなないなと思いました。

朝食の時間が1時間制なので、1時間ではは足りなかった。

オールインクルーシブなので全部コミコミなのはとても嬉しい！夕食以外でのアルコールがもう少しあったら嬉しかったです！特に焼酎が無かったのは残念。

露天風呂のロケーション最高でした。 霧があり景色が見えないけど冬の空は流れ星も見る？素敵だと思います。

Lovely space. Very large buffet for dinner and breakfast with a mix of mostly Japanese and some western foods. Afternoon tea was appreciated by hungry family after hiking that day. We had a traditional tatami room to accommodate our family in one room, a bit dusty for the son with allergies, sleeping so close to the floor Outdoor rooftop onsen had amazing views. Mens only and women’s only Catch the shuttle bus (110 yen per person) across the street from the Tobu Nikko station, in front of the coffee shop. We played tennis at the court across the front entrance for 1100 yen (rackets and ball rental) Trail around the hotel was nice in the morning to wake up but would not venture out past dark as there are no lights beyond the very start. A bit of a hill heading back and we finished it in under 30 mins but we were motoring to get to our breakfast buffet start.

Luxurious comfort.

Overall, the stay didn’t feel worth the high price. The onsen water was just regular hot water — nothing special. The buffet was decent, and the wine selection was actually quite impressive, but breakfast was disappointing with no freshly squeezed juice available. Many of the walking trails nearby were also closed during my stay. For the price (over SGD 900 for a standard double room), it simply didn’t deliver the value or experience expected.

The rooftop bath was amazing after a long day, and the food was lovely. Highly recommend this gem!
