Our check in was easy and everyone was friendly, as well as helpful. The lobby, is beautiful and fun, and is more like a living room, than a lobby. Breakfast was delicious with pastries, fresh fruit and juices, as well as a hot breakfast menu. Plan plenty of time if you’re ordering off the menu

The service was absolutely incredible, we had a wonderful breakfast in bed. The hotel was incredibly clean and cool in London’s heatwave. Thanks so much for an enjoyable stay.
