Fantastisk Very very nice staff!
Normally places around here we get some grumpy hotel owners. Everyone here was welcoming.

Fantastisk Front desk staff was friendly, but not knowledgeable about common travel questions. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The balcony needed to be swept and the railings were rusty in places. A bird's nest was on top of the porch light on the next balcony, leaving a mess of nest and bird droppings on our balcony and porch chairs. Breakfast was good, but slow to be restocked at times, and the breakfast attendant was not friendly. The pool and the pool area have seen better days and the smell was strong. The lazy river only had three innertubes for floating. Towels were not available at the pool. I would not have used the ice maker on our floor as it was visibly rusty and dirty. Parking was easy.

Fantastisk Had connecting rooms as requested. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was okay. Pool area is too hot. Was able to see bears so that was a plus

Fantastisk Rooms were great and the balconies had a great view. Easy to walk to the downtown Gatlinburg area.

Fantastisk The breakfast was so good. We loved the pool,hot tub and lazy river! It was a lot of fun to watch people and traffic from the balconies.

Room to outside was more then expected was very nice and cozy.

Under gennemsnittet Room did not have exhaust in the bathroom causing smoke alarm to go off. Also the floor carpet was damp and smelly. Breakfast area was too small compared to number of guests. Had to wait for 10 mins to get your turn.
Apart from this, room was neat and clean.
Will not consider for staying again.

Fantastisk The staff was very friendly and helpful.The hotel is old and tired. However it’s been fairly updated. The rooms were clean but the pool area was not well ventilated. The breakfast was good. I thought the price was good for what you got.

Fantastisk Great place to stay. Nicer than I expected. Balcony was a nice touch. My only complaint is that there was a bear blocking the entrance late at night and I understand that is common for the area when I called the front desk multiple times - no one answered. After the bear left and I got in - I mentioned it to the desk worker and he said that he saw it on the camera. He also saw us waiting in the distance and didn't do anything about it.
