Agus (guide) was friendly and always asked if we are okay. He was jolly and initiates things to talk about. Overall the tour went smoothly and we enjoy it. 👌

Our guide, Mina, was great! She managed the tour well and we enjoyed a lot. Batam is affordable and simple. Food was great as well.

Robin is a great driver and also help us take photos. The sales and support people from THK Batam tour are also very responsive and helpful.

Friendly reception. Therapist's skill depends on luck. Some are better. Need to climb staircase, so those with weak legs beware.
