Monkey Bay ture

Det er bedst at tage på øhop og bade, når man er på Phuket, men sejlturen er ret lang, så sørg for at få sovet godt natten før, ellers vil sejlturen dagen efter være uudholdelig. Det anbefales at købe turen online på forhånd; de vil kontakte dig via e-mail for at aftale afhentningstidspunktet ved hotellet. Det er en delt tur i en 9-personers bil, som er stor og komfortabel. Ved ankomst til molen er der kaffe, drikkevarer, småkager og toast, så dem, der ikke nåede at spise morgenmad, kan spise her. Der er gratis flaskevand om bord på båden, og frokosten er en buffet på Phi Phi-øen. På tilbagevejen vil der blive serveret frugt om bord. Hvis du ikke ønsker at bruge ekstra penge, behøver du ikke at medbringe for mange kontanter. Efter turen vil guiden bede alle om drikkepenge (man kan også lade være), hvilket føltes lidt ubehageligt, men jeg var meget taknemmelig over for kaptajnen og besætningen, så jeg gav drikkepenge.

Transporten var meget punktlig, og hele programmet forløb glat og sjovt. Hvert ø-stop var velorganiseret, og frokostbuffeten var også god. Jeg anbefaler på det kraftigste at medbringe badesko, vandtæt telefonpose og svømmeudstyr, men bare rolig. Det er muligt at købe det ved anløbsbroen, inden I tager afsted. Alt i alt meget sjovt og pengene værd.

March 9, 2026: This was a wonderful tour. We chose the 3-hour tour starting at 6am. The 1st stop was Maya Bay and we were one of the first ones on the island, so it was easy to take photos without anyone in the background. The 2nd stop was Pi Leh Bay, but we couldn't go through it because it was still low tide. Our guide said we could wait until 8:30am/8:40am to be able to go through, but we decided not to since we didn't want to wait an hour. To be fair, we didn't spend too much time at Maya Bay, so that's why we were early at Pi Leh Bay. We still took nice pictures from the outside. The 3rd stop was Viking Cave and we passed by one other boat here. The 4th stop was Monkey Bay. Our guide said we were lucky to see so many monkeys around 8-8:30am as they typically don't come out this early. We were the only ones there and the guide let us feed them pineapples. Overall, I highly recommend this tour! :)

This was a great day. Local doughnut and coffee provided on the pier before boarding the speedboat- the arrival process was well managed. Being from north Qld- the fish life was beautiful. We went to 3 snorkelling locations on the full day. Maya bay is stunning and I love that it is now protected. We need to respect this special place. The monkeys are cheeky. We also loved the bamboo island swimming - the waterfront here was stunning with crystal clear waters. Fresh pineapple was lovely. Lunch was basic rice and chicken. Our tour guide was sensational. She had a great sense of humour and clear information was provided as the day progressed. pack some cash for snack bar at bamboo for a treat. We enjoyed a banana smoothie.

Alt er fantastisk på denne dagstur. Vores guide Coco og teamet er fantastiske og koordinerede godt hele dagen og gav meget god information, var hjælpsomme og glade, og madarrangementerne er gode. Endelig, når det kommer til stedet og rejseplanen, er naturens vidunder, skønhed overalt, og Maya Bay slipper ikke ud af vores tanker. Prisen er absolut det værd og meget rimelig.

If only you could give 6 stars ⭐ What a great experience from pick up to drop off. The speedboat was the highlight; the best one, new, clean, around 20 to 25 people which was perfect. All the staff were amazing, lunch was amazing and a clean toilet included. We got to Maya early enough to avoid the huge crowds; super important and totally worth getting a speed boat. There's really nothing to fault, huge thank you 🙏🏻 to the Sunset Tours team 😎

I was truly surprised by the service you provided—it exceeded all my expectations. I was delighted to play for a long time, allowing me to fully enjoy and explore everything. The staff was incredibly enthusiastic and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend taking a one-day tour to explore the breathtaking landscapes of Koh Phi Phi, ending the day with a stunning sunset. The highlight of my experience was witnessing the glowing sea creatures at night—it felt like something straight out of a Disney movie. An absolutely unforgettable experience!
