This is an older hotel, and while the building itself shows its age, it still offers a comfortable and convenient stay. What truly makes this place stand out is its superb location — everything you need is within walking distance. The public market, night market, Burnham Park, grocery stores, Session Road, and even SM Mall are all just a short stroll away, making it incredibly easy to explore and enjoy the area without needing transportation. Despite being an older property, the linens and beds were very comfortable, which made resting after a long day out pleasant and relaxing. Overall, if you value location and convenience above modern amenities, this hotel is a solid choice.

We have great stay in Microtel, the staff are very kind, they always assist us. The room are clean and comfortable. It is also accessible to the bus terminal of Victory Liner. The free breakfast they serve is also great! Will surely book again.
