its good too service: hospitable and friendly cleanliness: peefect except for the bottle pls change it because you said its free but we cant drink it or open the bottle hotel location:easy access to everything you need breakfast:not my type of breakfast. few choices transport access:good

Highly recommended hotel. The staff are accommodating and friendly. The room is big and clean. The breakfast buffet offers variety of food. The hotel has 2 swimming pools which we enjoyed the one located on the 3rd floor. I liked the design of the hotel lobby. They provide water dispensers at every floors which is great, no need to spend money to buy bottled water. Location is near Kuta Beach. restaurants, souvenir shops, bank and massage spa.
