The trip was awesome ! The guide Van Tran was so patient and helpful . Even though he didn't know to communicate well in English, he stayed with us throughout and helped taking pictures and videos.

Alt på denne tur var en 5/5. Vores guide er Harry, og han er sådan en fantastisk person! Så ægte og meget hensynsfuld. Han hjalp mine forældre meget, og de er allerede ældre borgere. Han vil guide jer hele vejen gennem templerne. Han er også en fremragende fotograf. Vingården var et godt øjeblik til at nyde gratis smagsprøver af vinprodukter, som er meget søde og milde for ganen! Maden var også et stort plus fra morgenmad til frokost. Varevognen var rummelig nok til at slappe af under den lange køretur. Vi elsker denne tur, især vores guide og chauffør!

The pickup was prompt which was appreciated. The highlight for me is the visit to Cao Dai temple. To learn about a religion with such interesting philosophy and thought is an eye opener (no pun intended). Ba Den was nice and spectacular. The cable car ride and lunch was smoothly arranged and flawlessly executed. And I have to mention our guide Mr. Harry. He was funny, talkative, informative and friendly. We are Indonesians and he entertained us by playing Indonesian house music. Imagine that !!! ☺️. That day not only do I get a guide, I got a cherished friend. Thanks for the memories.

we had a great day especially the black lady and the laughing Buddha up the mountain. Alrhough the first places we went to were kind of dirty around it and not well maintained. Choose the Buffett. they have excellent food choices. it’s just kind of a let down that the English speaking guide can’t really explain things because of the English barrier. most of us doesn’t understand her. kudos to her though. she’s very patient.

Overall the travel experience acceptable due to all arrange by tour company with reasonable cost. my tour guide able to speed english. might need to take note for this travel is there might additional charge as per note in term and conditions for foreigner,cable car, buffet dinner about 500000++ dong. remember don't book the cable yourself to avoid any conflicts with travel itinerary. the travel time might longer the 17.30 due to alot of waiting time from pickup until every stop which tour company need to further improve. my experience is reach pickup point in district 1 about 8:30 pm.

솔직히 이회사는 손님응대가 정말 아니었습니다 첫번째 출발최소 15분전이라해서 30분전도착했으나 사무실은 셔터가내려가있었고 아무런 연락이 없어 당황스러웠고 혼란스러웠습니다 다행히 가이드분이 시간에 맞춰서 와서 응대해주어 안심할수 있었습니다 하지만 약속한 5시에 출발하지못했고 한시간반이 넘어서나 예약당시 약속한 소형리무진이 아닌 버스가 도착했습니다 몹시 당황스러웠고 불편했습니다 분명히 소형리무진으로 비싼 가격으로 예약한건데 다른현지인 2~3팀을 태운 버스가 한시간반이상늦게도착했습니다 당황스러웠지만 언어의장벽이 있어서아무런설명도 컴플레인을 할수없이 따를수밖에 없었습니다 여행지에서 하루를 망칠뻔 했지만 가이드분이 너무나 친절하게 챙겨주셔서 외국인인 저희 입장에서는 너무나 고맙고 그나마 위안이 되었던 여행이었습니다 다시 가게된다면 이회사와계약은 절대안할것같습니다

Too bad the tour did not push thru.. We were at the meeting place by 4:40am for our 4:50 pickup. But it was already 6:10am when they informed us that the tour is not pushing thru.

Ba den mountian is majestic and beautiful. But the tour as a whole is okay
