Waitomo Caves & Te Puia Rotorua Lille Gruppe Dagstur

Totally great tour!! We went to not only scheduled spot like Waitomo cave, Te Puia and Rotorua but also suspension bridge, feeding a ostrich, and Tip Top ice cream. The driver Jeff guided New Zealand while driving. The tour schedule was not too tough. I thought the tour price is pretty expensive at first, but I definitely experienced valuable things.

I had a lovely tour with our tour guide Michael who was very engaged and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the culture and shared lots of interesting facts with us. The transfer to different sites was smooth and easy. The morning drive out to our first site was so beautiful as we were able to catch the sunrise. Out of the two places, my favourite was the glow worm caves - highly recommend!!! The limestone “cathedral” was a sight to remember and the glow worms were truly magical. No photos allowed until the end but was still able to catch some on camera. We learned a lot about Moari culture, how they live and respect the land. We were able to get some food on the way as well - a quick pie stop in the morning and also a cafe at Te Puia in the afternoon for a quick bite before the second tour started. Not too much traffic and we ended the tour on time, dropped off at the our different pick up spots. Overall, a great experience and grateful to Michael for the lovely chat the entire ride!

My tour guide and driver was amazing. Very organised and gave lots of interesting and relavant information including historical, geograpgic and cutural. He was clear about where we were going, what to expect and where and how to meet up again. He made sure we were comfortable, had snacks and water if needed and negotiated comfort abd other interesting stops too. The caves were amazing and the Rotorua visit was incredible. Both had well informed and excellent local guides. Rotorua was on my bucket list since a child and it didn't disappoint. There was lots of additional Maori cutural knowledge, history and customs shared as well. Thank you.

I really enjoyed my visit, especially our tour guide, Dave from Cheeky Travel. He made the tour so much fun and made sure to explain everything we were seeing along the way. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable. Rotorua is truly a must-visit destination—I absolutely loved my time here and can't wait to come back!

Pick-up was there at meet up point as scheduled. Waitomo Cave is really one of a kind with the glow worms and it's a very surreal experience! Also got to see an actual Kiwi Bird at Te Puia. Wasn't fortunate enough to see geyser activities much, though. Overall, worth it experience for the price and convenience.

Det eneste, der var lidt trættende ved denne tur, var afhentningen kl. 5:45 om morgenen, men man kunne sove i bilen, da køreturen var ret lang, så man kunne hvile sig undervejs. Der var tre seværdigheder. Den første, man absolut skal se, er ildfluerne – det er et besøg værd. Den anden seværdighed er en skole for indfødt kunsthåndværk og et besøg hos New Zealands nationalfugl, kiwien. Den tredje seværdighed er et udbrud af svovl, hvilket også er værd at se, da det kan give dig 20 år yngre hud! Alt i alt var det ret behageligt. Der var transport hele vejen, og der var kaffebarer, hvor man kunne hvile sig, få snacks og gå på toilettet! Bilen havde plads til 11 personer, så hvis der ikke var for mange, var det behageligt. Guiden og chaufføren var den samme person (GRANT). Han var meget tydelig med, hvornår man skulle afsted til seværdighederne, og hvornår man skulle mødes! Han forklarede også, hvad der var sjovt ved seværdighederne. Derudover fortalte han også om de lokale landskaber undervejs i bilen. Jeg synes faktisk, at denne Klook-tur er god, da det er en lille gruppe, så der ikke er for mange mennesker! Og den er meget punktlig!

這次一日遊旅行團是開類似麵包車來到飯店前接我們，整車含司機和遊客約十多個人。整趟車程很長，司機會在中途定點休息讓我們上個洗手間。 第一個景點是螢火蟲洞，導覽人員帶我們邊走邊解說鐘乳石，再慢慢走進洞穴深處去搭船。螢火蟲如星空般的藍色光芒非常獨特又美麗。 之後到蒂普亞毛利文化村，由他們的工作人員進行毛利文化導覽，幸運地看到奇異鳥，近距離看到噴發的地熱間歇泉。 對於沒有自駕的觀光客來說，參加這個一日遊是個很好的選擇，可以方便去到奧克蘭之外的觀光景點。

Hanoz var vores guide. Han fik de 8 i gruppen til at præsentere sig selv. Jeg nød mest grotterne. Min søn elsker gejserne. Jeg elsker i hvert fald, at de var generøse med deres flaskevand og snacks. Deres transport giver dig mulighed for at oplade dine telefoner. Strudsefodringsoplevelsen var sjov.

Waitomo and Rotorua tour was amazing. jeff the driver was great. very informative and very engaging. His driving skills was suberb. i kept sleeping while he is driving. the glow worm tour was great. the guide there was amazing and quite a laugh. te puia tour was also awesome since we saw some kiwis and also some geysers.

Coach/Driver Mike is very friendly and informative, providing us lots of information and brought us to a very good resto for lunch. The wormcave and te puia were worth to visit!
