We really enjoyed having this klook lounge available. it's in a great location so food is available at the klook lounge or nearby and is right on the beach. We were able to check out of our hotel at noon, drop everything off at the lounge where Tam kept it safe, and explore one more day in Da Nang. once we came back we rearranged our luggage, had an amazing chat with Tâm who is just an amazing customer service representative. He gave us so many great recommendations for the limited time when we were there. If you start with klook lounge he will be able to help set up recommendations places to go to eat places to visit. I would highly recommend you stop in at the klookel lounge before your visit since they will take care of you. English language is available. Tâm speaks great English. It's air conditioned, refreshing and nice to have a good conversation with someone.

Very affordable place to kill time. We stayed here after checking out of our hotel. We left our luggage at first and then went shopping. We fixed our luggage there later before leaving for the aitport. It's by the beach too. We were ablento enjoy the My Khe Beach a bit more. Will use this again.

compared to other luggage storage options in the area this was cheaper and nice and easy plus we got access to the air conditioned room to sit and plan a few more things on our travels. If you don’t have a hotel to leave your bags at I recommend this as a great option!

dozed off for a few hours after a grueling flight and commute at 9am. quite surprised at how hot it is in danang compared to ph. the space is quiet and comfortable. and I had it all for myself. winnie is very attentive and nice too.

The lounge is clean and comfortable, and the wall artwork featuring interesting places to visit in Da Nang is a really nice touch. The staff are also very friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. A great place to stop by and get some local recommendations! 👍👍👍

We came to the lounge to book a tour, and Winnie was really friendly and helpful. She helped us arrange everything and also recommended a food combo that was perfect for us. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed the nice view while waiting for our pickup. We had a great experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an incredible time with Klook Lounge. My hotel check out was at 12PM so I booked the luggage storage package to drop my luggage off then explored the beach area. Cong is an extremely nice and helpful staff. We had great conversation and he even helped me with my overflowing luggage. I couldn't recommend this enough.
