I had an amazing experience booking with Klook for our Hokkaido trip. The itinerary was well-organized and covered some of the most beautiful and unique spots. Noboribetsu Hell Valley was truly breathtaking with its dramatic scenery and steaming vents. Date Jidaimura was a fun and immersive cultural experience, giving us a glimpse of Japan’s Edo period. Mitsui Outlet Sapporo was a great stop for shopping and finding good deals. Lastly, Lake Shikotsu Ice Village felt like a winter wonderland—absolutely magical, especially at night. Everything was smooth from booking to the actual tour. The guide was helpful and informative, and transportation was comfortable and on time. Highly recommended for a convenient and memorable travel experience!

Vraiment une belle journée de découvertes avec un guide très gentil. Il serait intéressant d’avoir un document en français qui pourrait nous être remis et qui expliquerait en quelques phrases ce qu’il y a à découvrir à chaque arrêt du parcours.

이 패키지는 사기입니다. 일단 고급과 거리가 먼 미니버스로 운행되어 대형 그룹 버스 대비 승차감이 심하게 떨어집니다. 그리고 소규모 그룹 영어 가이드라고 되어있어 대형 그룹 투어 보다 비싼값에 예약했는데 영어 가이드는 커녕 가이드 지체가 배정되지 않았습니디. 미팅 장소에 가기전에도 현장에 모였을때에도 확인했고 영어 가이드가 있음을여러차례 확인 받았으나 첫 관람 장소에 도착했을때 그는 가이드가 아니고 운전만 해주는 드라이버임을 확인하였습니다. 여행사에 컴플레인 했더니 영엎가이드는 대형 그륩에 배정되어 이 그룹에는 배정이 안되었고 번역 앱를 쓰라고“ 장려” 하더군요. 이건 소비자를 기만하는 사기, 허위광고 입니다.

interesting itinerary, very fruitful trip! The Ninja village was a pretty cool place for both kids and adults. Lake Toya was beautiful! A big shoutout to our tour guide Catherine Lee (from HK). She made the trip really informative and was mindful of clients' needs/challenges. Very good at keeping everyone on time/schedule, yet was gentle and polite to the clients. The driver was absolutely skillful as well (we didn't manage to get his name but understand that he's the most good-looking driver in the company). He drove so smoothly and safely that the journey was really comfortable and pleasant despite the harsh weather. Bus was super clean too.

It was a very enjoyable tour with enough freedom to explore at our own pace. Since I was already staying in Noboribetsu, I chose to be picked up at the Noboribetsu Park Service Center. While the tour got a bit delayed, it was fun nonetheless. The guide (if I remember correctly, his name was Wang - sorry if I got it wrong) was very accommodating, translating everything in English even though there were only like 3 of us who needed it and the rest were all Chinese speakers. He also shared useful info like what food to try and which restaurant is best to eat at when we get to Sapporo. Jidaimura Ninja Village was an interesting experience. There were very few people so no waiting time. We had enough time to watch 3 shows. The village was picturesque and I would've loved to explore it more and maybe grab some food. You can miss a show and do that though. The kamameshi lunch with soba was alright. Unfortunately, it was very foggy at Lake Toya so that stop wasn't all that satisfying, but hey. They can't control the weather, right? I also thought we'd be stopping by the lake, but instead, it was a lookout outside a shopping stop. It's all good though because Lake Shikotsu was amazing. If it weren't freezing to the point that my fingers hurt even with gloves on, I would've loved to just look out at the serene lake for the whole 1-1.5hrs. Luckily, there's a snow festival happening, which was fantastic. If you want to get a nice jam-packed highlights day tour, you won't be disappointed in this one.

The tour guide is very nice and explains in mandarin and english really well, the tour time is sufficient for each place, stunning views, interesting theatre play at jidaimura, and the provide seperate halal meal for muslim, totally worth it!

Michelle is our guide Oon that day. She is informative. She is very helpful to guide us to the best ramen shop in town. The Visit to Noboribetsu Date Jidaimura was fun. Both the Ninja and Geisha shows are nice although both shows are in Japanese only. We love the Lake Toya Visit. Very beautiful. Lots of opportunities to take photos in the entire tour. The lunch provided for us was also delicious. Overall, we had a fun and happy time.

ทัวร์ตรงเวลา ได้ไปหลากหลายสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว คุ้มค่ามากๆ รวมทุกอย่างทั้งอาหารกลางวัน เป็นแบบเซ็ต ไกด์พูดอังกฤษได้นิดหน่อยแต่สื่อสารเข้าใจ พยายามพูดอธิบายให้ความรู้เป็นประโยชน์ หมูบ้านนินจาใช้เวลาเยอะไปหน่อย ที่อื่นๆเลยได้แค่แว้ปๆถ่ายรูป

We were a little nervous on booking this since we never heard of Klook, but this tour was amazing and so glad we did it! Even though it was a long day, it was well organized. The sights were spectacular and the Date Jidaimura Village was cool! My husband was picked to be in the Oiran Show, so we enjoyed that! The Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival was phenomenal...pay the 300 yen to see it! Our tour guide, Wan, gave some great food recommendations for after the tour (Gengis Khan @ Daruma), which we did afterwards and it was great! 5 stars all the way!!!
