We had an amazing day trip to Hallstatt, Melk Abbey, and Salzburg. Our driver, Jessin, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and very attentive throughout the journey. The ride was extremely comfortable, making the long day very enjoyable. Jessin even took us to an additional stop that was breathtakingly beautiful, which was a wonderful surprise and truly enhanced our experience. Communication was smooth and clear from start to finish, and we really appreciated the snacks and water provided along the way. There were also plenty of washroom breaks, which made the trip very comfortable and well-paced. Highly recommended—this day trip exceeded our expectations!

Khader and Jessin was great and brought us to 4 areas instead of the 3 mentioned in the itinerary. They know the weather very well and advised us to be well dressed for the occasion. A snack pack of cookies and water was provided too for the journey. We originally had some hiccups with Regards to our pickup but they were all settled nicely. do note to have a full meal in the morning because of the distance between each place and the crowd, we did not have much time to settle down for a full meal.

Our driver and guide were Michale and Khader, they are very patient, considerate, and attentive. We loved the entire trip and took tons of photos! Salzburg, in particular, is a beautiful city. I hope to visit again during Christmas. Thank you to Michale and Khader for giving us a wonderful day! If you have the chance, please come visit Taiwan!

We had a good experience during the tour. The tour guide & driver are very helpful and kind. The itinerary were great with lots of beautiful view. Also they can pick up from hotel and drop off to hotel. Recommended 🤩💯

因為這趟旅行的時間有限，又非常想要去哈修塔特，自己搭車的話需要花很多時間。還好有這個一日遊行程，雖然在景點待的時間不長，但該去的打卡點有有去到，未來有機會再來小鎮上深度旅遊。謝謝Jessin特地不開高速公路，讓我們看到奧地利最美的自然風景。推薦給時間有限又想造訪這個美麗的童話小鎮的人。

導遊跟司機人很好，還會到飯店接送！去的時候還剛好下雪、就是吃飯的時間有點趕，建議可以自己帶個小餅乾在車上吃！

非常幸運遇到jessin! 比起上一個去布達佩斯跟斯洛伐克遇到的導遊Bio 好一百萬倍 如果你們去維也納有買這兩個行程 你們就知道落差😂

Jessim made this trip. He didn’t just drive — he curated the whole experience. Took local roads I never would’ve found on my own, with snow-covered scenery that genuinely took my breath away. Patient, unhurried, and knew exactly where to stop for the hidden gems. Hallstatt and Salzburg were beautiful, but the roads in between were the real highlight. I doubt I would’ve gotten that from anyone else. 4 thumbs up isn’t enough.
