had such a wonderful experience at Color Place in Gangnam! I got my long-awaited color analysis done, and it was so worth it. Eun Ho was amazing—she helped me discover the perfect color palette for my skin tone and explained it in a way that made everything so clear. Not only do I now know which colors suit me best, but they also gave me so many helpful style suggestions. I feel much more confident about choosing the right clothes and building a wardrobe that truly flatters me. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering a color analysis—the guidance I received will definitely make shopping and styling so much easier!

Booked in with colorplace just as a sidequest whilst wifey was getting a facial. Genuinely a fun and enlightening experience! My consultant Ji Eun and translator Dora were both professional and patient with all my naive questions. Not only did I get colormatched but Ji Eun was also happy to give me plenty of suggestions about hairstyles, accessories, and styling. The one thing i would suggest is bring some example photos of your general style/haircut so that if you have any questions - the consultant can help tailor it for you. Highly recommend!
As someone who feels overwhelmed by shopping for clothing makeup, it was great to get practical advice for best colours, glasses, etc. We also got colour swatches so we can remember the best colours for each of us.

Our color analysts, Min Young and Ji Yeon and Amy were professional and knowledgeable. They gave us color advice from head to toe (hair color, make up, clothing, accessories ). it felt like a complete make over! They also gave us practical advice on what make up to get from Olive Young. My daughters and I had a wonderful time.
JiYeon was amazing!!! I went as a group of 3 with my mom and daughter. We learned so much - some advice we expected and others we didn’t, but we could really see the differences and the explanation was clear. The interpreter, Bora, was amazing as well! It was a very fun experience with lots of laughs and a lot of great take away information - all of our questions answered - color, hairstyle, eye wear, nails, and more! 10/10 recommend doing this <3
When coming to Korea, I was worried I would not be able to get a good colour analysis without speaking good Korean, however, Color Place blew me away. They provided a fluent translator who was able to help me with questions and provided clear translations I could understand. From draping, they were able to be honest with what sorts of colours (and even what exact shade) looked best, worst , and not so bad. This is really helpful in the future, especially in Korea where shopping is a huge focus. Additionally, they even spent the time to show me lens shapes, hair colours and even necklines for clothing. Towards the end, they showed me how to best do my makeup and what sorts of products matched me best. I was able to film and take pictures of everything and kept a colour swatch for future reference. I would highly recommend going here if you are even the slightest interested.

They took the time to explain the process clearly and helped me understand why certain colors suit me better than others. The session was very thorough and personalized. Seeing the different color drapes side by side made such a difference, and their explanations helped me understand how colors affect my overall appearance. I left with a much clearer idea of what shades work best for my clothing, makeup, and accessories. Jieun and Amy created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, and I never felt rushed. Their expertise and enthusiasm made the experience both informative and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this color analysis service to anyone looking to build confidence in their style and make shopping much easier. Very foreigner-friendly.
