We were able to explore Prague even just for a short while. Our tour guide Martin was very helpful and caring throughout our trip. Highly recommended!

I had great experience from this 1 Day Trip to Prague from Vienna when i am having business trip in Vienna. Our Driver/Tour Guide Tomas have been taken care us very well since he picked us up from our Hotel. He had tried his best to explain the history and storys behind every where we had visited in the itinerary. It is a great choice if you want to visit the main tourist attraction in Prague for 1 day ONLY.
The worst experience ever in Vienna. Booked, then booking confirmed, by 3pm the day before I did not hear about pick up time, so called them. They confirmed they send pick up time in a couple of hours. At 5pm the day before of the tour, they whatsapped me if I can move the tour to another day and I said no, but I asked them that if they can not run the tour let me asap so I can plan for an alternative and their response was no, we will defintly run the tour. And I was like, OK! Guess what, 10pm and I was yet to hear from them so I called back on their WhatsApp number and they kept rejecting my call! So they actually saw me calling, but refusing to answer. I texted them, no answer so at 11pm the night before I raised this with Klook and they send the orgnizer a message to respond back to me! At 2am (after mid-night) they informed Klook (and not me) to cancel the tour as they can not run it! Imagine at 2am you recieve a message that your 8am tour is canceled! Avoid, avoid, avoid them!
行程最後取消，完全沒收到通知，還要我自己詢問客服並自行聯絡導遊才知道原來取消了。
