Overall experience was fanstastic with Tour Guide Sam! He manage the timing perfectly to ensure we have sufficient time for each location including travelling time and lunch time. Everything has been pre-arranged and we just need to go with empty hand. He even advice which are the important spot to visit for each attraction, which spot can take nice video or photos. This eased off our time to explore. he even helps us took a family photo and printed it out. Kids cant complete 10 chops for Alpaca world in order to exchange stickers, in fact, he prepared for them when we get back to the cars. Kids was so happy with that! We actually spent more time than the planned itineary and he wait for us patiently. He never rush us to be quick, in fact told us to take our time. with his advice, we save a lot of trouble to explore the three places.

Very nice trip with my daughter. Our driver was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the day trip and would recommend this to everyone.

Nami island was nice, as was the petite France and Italy. I wouldn't recommend railbike for winter as there is not much to see. Our guide, Mr Song, was very good and helped us arrange all fuss free.

A totally enjoyable day with the family and had an amazing tour guide! Ms Hwa was accommodating and rearranged our itinerary on the fly as we had some delays with traffic. She ensured the whole family was well taken care of and that we had an enjoyable time! Heartfelt thanks Ms. Hwa!

Lee was our guide. She was great! The experience was very fun. I do wish we did it when more flowers were in bloom but it was still worth it! I recommend this experience. We did Morning Garden, Rail Car and Nami Island.
