Heldagstur til Battambang fra Siem Reap

we had an awesome full-day Battambang tour with our guide, Mr. Veansa, and driver, Mr. Leap. What was booked as a group tour turned into a private experience for us, which made the day even more special. The bamboo train ride was great fun, the short hike up the mountains was absolutely amazing, and the sight of thousands of bats emerging at sunset was truly mesmerizing—something we will never forget. Everything was well-organized, relaxed, and enjoyable from start to finish. A big thank you to Mr. Veansa and Mr. Leap for making this such a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

this was one of our best experiences throughout our travels...right next to an elephant trip we'd done previously...Mr August was simply amazing his knowledge and passion for his country was over whelming. we got to do and see so much more than we expected and honestly can not find any negative in this day....his English was superb and the driver we had was lovely and accomadating....August has definitely left his mark on us and wanting to see more of his beautiful country. love love ❤️

The tour with Mr. August and our driver Mr. Leap was amazing. we learned so much about Cambodian history and culture from him that really value added to the experience. Despite the weather not being the most favourable (really hot weather during the bamboo ride and a rainy trek up the mountain), Mr. August made sure we didn’t miss anything in the itinerary. Him being an amazing photographer was definitely an added bonus!

Highly recommend this tour if you want a change of pace from the temples in Siem Reap. The countryside scenery is beautiful, and the Bamboo Train and sunset Bat Caves are absolute must-dos. Our guide, August was exceptional. Incredibly professional, friendly, and deeply knowledgeable about Cambodian history and culture. They went completely above and beyond to make sure we were happy, comfortable, and well-hydrated all day. Their great energy made the long day feel seamless.

Mr. August was an outstanding tour guide—knowledgeable, professional, warm, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire day. He explained the history and culture of each site so well, and his passion for Cambodia and Battambang really made the experience feel special and meaningful. He was patient, engaging, and made sure we were comfortable at every stop. Mr. S was also excellent—safe, courteous, and reliable the entire trip. The drive was smooth and comfortable, and he was always ready with a smile and great service whenever we needed anything. Together, they made our Battambang tour seamless, enjoyable, and memorable from start to finish. We truly appreciated their kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. The Battambang tour from Siem Reap was exactly what the itinerary showed and I would highly recommend guide August and driver Paul. It was well worth the trip and a great day. August was informative and friendly and I would choose him as my guide all the time!

Mr August was our guide and our driver Mr Lim is very friendly and awesome during our tour. Mr Lim is very attentive and actively gives us new bottles of water when we have finished ours. Mr August is very knowledgeable and shared a lot of history throughout the tour. The bamboo train ride was a unique and nice way to view the area and will highly recommend it.

we had a really great time on this tour. Jan, our tour guide , was very good at communicating with us before the tour started about when the pick up would be etc. His English is excellent. The car was spacious , clean and they prepared a huge array of tasty pastries , cold water and even cold towels after activities. Jan was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about Cambodian history and Buddhism when we visited the pagodas. Seeing the rice paper being made was fascinating . Bamboo Train was awesome - highly recommended. Unfortunately we had to cut our tour short due to a migraine (not due to the tour !) and Jan and his team were very helpful and understanding. All in all, highly recommended!

Mr. August and his driver were amazing guides. They were under the impression that we did not have time to eat in the early morning and had a continental breakfast box ready for my girlfriend and I. August is an extremely informative and interactive guide and was providing us all the different history of Cambodia and the region of Battambang. Both were consistently ensuring we were comfortable and hydrated by ensuring we always had cold water. Cold towels were also available every time we returned back to the vehicle. The local lunch spot was not included but was cheap and delicious - I suggested to translate the Khmer menu as there is a large selection compared to the English menu. I highly recommend this tour to anyone.

nicely arranged tour with knowledgable tour guide. highlight for me was the bamboo train ride. mr August took good care of us throughout the whole day. we also saw local markets, tasted local food like bamboo rice, chips etc. note that it is a long day for this tour, so adjust your other travel plans accordingly.
