Today we went to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, the Citadel, and the Coptic Quarter in Old Cairo with Ezzaldin Rashdan. The trip was great and everything was perfect. Our driver’s name was Tawfik, and he also drove very well and safely. We recommend Ezzaldin Rashdan and we recommend Tripco company. It was a very good tour and we give it five stars. Thank you so much to everyone who organized this trip.
We had a tour of NMEC, the Citadel, and Old Cairo with Asma as our guide. Overall, she was knowledgeable and engaging. Compared to another guide we had earlier in our trip, Asma provided more detailed explanations and even shared some myth-busting insights, which made the historical sites more interesting. The museums and landmarks we visited were fascinating and the tour was well organized. However, one part we didn’t enjoy was the stop at a cartouche jewelry shop where we felt a bit pressured to buy expensive items. Since we had already visited Khan El Khalili the day before and bought most of our souvenirs, the push to purchase felt unnecessary. We also appreciate our driver, whose car was clean and well-maintained, making the journey comfortable throughout the tour.
