It was handy for a local wedding but that’s really the only positive I can mention. The room we were allocated was right above the lounge area facing into the carpark and was the least soundproofed room I’ve ever slept in. We were woken up at 6.45am on a Sunday morning with loud music coming from the breakfast room down below meaning after a wedding we had no lie in. The throw over the sofa in the room was shabby and felt unclean. The bed was uncomfortable and no thought put into lighting, mirrors in the bedroom for getting ready in. Wouldn’t stay again. Needs huge improvements.

Amazing stay and well behaved staffs

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, ok food ("pub grub", not exciting). Plenty of parking, convenient (about 30 mins) for Glasgow city centre. Good vfm. Could do with an ev charging point. Apart from that, no complaints.

Avoid Room 22 floor, doors, bed squeaked. Door for the corridor was right next to our room every time someone opened it , it banged shut and the whole room shook. The boiler must also be close to the room or a main pipe noise from it all night ! Staff were all very nice and helpful. We had pre-booked a table for dinner stating not in the middle of the room or in between two others disappointed when it was bang smack right in the middle and no other tables we could have . Wouldn’t stay again.

Just perfect! We had such a lovely time- great hotel, great location, and lovely staff. Couldn’t have asked for more, will definitely be back!

A fantastic hotel, great accommodation and brilliant food

Great room, quiet location with good transport links for both city and countryside.

When we arrived we found some niggly problems, no bin supplied in bedroom for general waste, hot water tap loose and heating was only small electric radiator. Breakfast menus were not supplied initially when seated which cause a problem on the second day, we weren’t made aware that if you had porridge to start there would be extra charge for cooked breakfast, this wasn’t the case last year when we came.
