Staff happy to help and appeared to be professional. Great location, close to railway/bus station.
A minor issue with our room was sorted swiftly, would recommend this hotel.

Podprůměrné The room is tiny and like a student halls. Not what you’d expect for the price. Very claustrophobic and poor quality.

Room very small and smelt of damp, couldn’t leave the window open as lots of outside noise so had to put up with the stink. TV wasn’t tuned. Bad night’s sleep with people coming and going, smell and room temp

Skvělý Breakfast was good but limited if you're staying for multiple nights. Diner buffet not used but looked fine. Aircon in the bar/food area was too cold for me, couldn't comfortably have a drink in the evening.

Good size room. AC did not cook the room until we called downstairs to turn it up. We had to book due to a canceled flight. I feel it was very pricey compared to other accommodations we have stayed in the UK.
