Friendly staff but the hotel was VERY dirty. The floor in our room was went and kind “gooey” in some spots. Very gross! Will not be returning.

Hotel was great, clean, and the staff were very courteous. The restaurant downstairs took a long time, I wasn’t able to wait for my food but everything that came out looked amazing.

The hotel is fine - parking is good although $ 27 per night. The room was clean and has what you need. The cafe has the basics. Overall not a great value for money but if you are going to U Mass its a no brainer. Would stay there again.

Lovely room. Helpful staff. The bar and food on offer were limited. We had just one evening meal - a lasagna and had to send it back to be reheated as it wasn’t hot in the middle. Snacks , pizza, BLT sandwiches were good. The situation close to the super path along the bay was brilliant for people like us who love walking but there are no bars, restaurants or food outlets near and you have to get the subway into Boston - the subway station 5 mins walk away. The JFK presidential library / museum, 15 minutes walk away round the bay is super to visit.

The coffee is not great in the rooms! Need more creamers. I don’t understand why there isn’t coffee in the lobby in the morning. Great location! JFK library near by! We will definitely stand there again. Francisco is a gem!

The best thing about this hotel is the location a short walk from the waterfront with a beach, boardwalk and gazebo-like structure and nice views. The lobby is a comfortable place to chat and enjoy coffee, etc. The café is very expensive and should have some less expensive options. The least expensive coffee is $5 and is 12 ounces at least. There should be a smaller size. The rooms are small, but the beds were fine. The coffee in the room was good. This hotel is very convenient for UMASS and the T. The most ridiculous thing is the water that costs $3 per bottle unless you are a member of their travel club. After paying high room prices you should be able to have a free bottle or two. It is insulting and makes this property and their corporate structure seem cheap and ready to make a buck on anything possible, such as the $15 egg and cheese! A company does not want to give that impression if they want repeat business and it gives Hilton a bad look. The free delicious cookies are an exception!
