Everything was great except that the laundry does not take coins! Being an international traveler my card did not accept on the app but the guy at the front desk used his card and I gave him the cash, very helpful!

One frustrating aspect was at 4pm, they had no items to purchase in their store: water, candy, soda, etc. when traveler arrive, water should be the bare minimum. When I was told they had none, the next customer came and asked and was given two bottles. The inequity was shocking.

Unfortunately we were there a few days after the last FIfE game and the hotel was booked to capsity. Everything was good just really crowded with cruisers and soccer fans. The hotel staff were really nice but totally over whelmed by the amount of people.

Wonderful experience! We used the shuttle to the cruise port. Most of the attractions are within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent! Staff was super friendly and helpful!

One of 2 elevators did not work. Was not fixed within the 5 days of our stay. Breakfast was really overcrowded. There was enough food but not enough space to sit. Other than that all was good.

The staff was friendly and efficient. One of the two elevators was out of service for 4 days. We were on the third floor and I could use the stairs, but my wife is wearing an ankle boot and had long waits for the elevator.
