Location - conveniently located next to Harbour Bay Batam cruise centre, making checking-in a breeze for return trip. Beside, Harbour Bay Mall with quite a few f&b options too. Hotel room - clean with comfortable beds. All good except can hear guests talking along the corridor, especially when my room is just next to the lift. Request far from lift if you are a light sleeper. F&B - breakfast at Goji, well spread, love it. The rooftop bar is one place to chill over a drink and admire the night view. K Sqaure Mall provide free shuttle to the mall and back.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Harbour Bay cruise terminal, makes check-in a breeze. The new K Square mall also provide free shuttle to the mall from this hotel on a daily basis. Rooftop bar is another place to chill for evening drinks overlooking the sea. Well spread options for breakfast at Goji rstn. Overall good experience and will come back to stay at Marriott Batam Harbour Bay again!

The pool area is quite narrow. To make things worse, smoking was allowed anywhere. It could also be no one was enforcing no smoking at the poolside. I was with my kids and we have to keep moving to different parts of the pool to avoid 2nd hand smokes.

The room was spotless…super clean! Amenities were great. And staffs went the extra mile to decorate the room as it was my birthday. Kuddos to all the staffs…polite, friendly & super helpful!
